All activities are done to achieve the mission or even their goal, which inspires them to remain active. The mission can also be divided into small tasks. If the required goal is fulfilled, then we can set another goal to achieve. In this way, we can keep ourselves engaged, so there will be no room for boredom.
- Adding music to life- when we listen to our favorite music, song, or perform on dance, we get energized. Music plays a vital role in minimizing our stress or boredom. Experiences say that when we get connected with music our routinely thinking or traffic of our thought process stops.
