- Acquire some goal or mission It is observed that people having any goal our mission doesn't get affected with boredom or tiredness of life. All activities are done to achieve the mission or even their goal inspires them to remain active. The mission can be divided into small tasks also. If the required goal is fulfilled, then we can set another goal to achieve, in this way we can keep ourselves engaging, so there will be no room for boredom.
- Adding music to life- when we listen to our favorite music, song, or perform on dance we get energized. Music plays a vital role to minimize our stress or boredom. Experiences say that when we get connected with music our routinely thinking or traffic of thought process stops.
- Spending time in nature- when we spend some quality time in nature like greenery, lakes, trees wood, beaches or any natural ecosystem relaxes our mind. Either we can calmly sit in nature watching a sunrise, sunset, tides of beaches or just watching natural activities bring energy in us. We simply get charged. After all, nature is the prime source of energy.
